Palau de la Musica, celebrating their 100th year, have put together a thrilling festival of solo female singers. Highlights must surely be Marianne Faithfull and the stunning Sinead O'Connor. There's a great buzz about this evident, and with real reason, for it's probably the first collection of female artists brought together in Barcelona in recent years.
